Referral Program Terms

1. Eligibility

To participate in the FluentFlash Referral Program, you must:

• Have an active FluentFlash account in good standing
• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

FluentFlash reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation at any time for violation of these terms.

2. How It Works

Each eligible user receives a unique referral link. When a new user signs up through your referral link and completes a qualifying action, both you and the referred user may earn rewards as described below.

Qualifying Action

A referral is considered "qualified" when the referred user:

• Creates a FluentFlash account using your referral link
• Verifies their email address
• Completes at least one study session (the "qualifying action")

Rewards are held in "pending" status until the qualifying action is completed.

3. Rewards

Signup Reward

When a referred user signs up and completes the qualifying action, the referrer receives 10 bonus AI flashcard generations credited to their account.

Conversion Reward

When a referred user upgrades to any paid plan (Plus Monthly, Plus Annual, or Lifetime), the referrer receives a commission equal to 20% of the referred user's first payment, credited as account credit.

Tiered Rewards

Referrers may earn additional rewards based on the total number of qualified referrals who convert to paid plans:

• 1 conversion: 1 month of Plus free
• 3 conversions: 3 months of Plus free + Ambassador badge
• 5 conversions: 6 months of Plus free + early feature access
• 10 conversions: 1 year of Plus free + Legend badge
• 25 conversions: Lifetime Plus + name in credits

4. Credit Terms

• Account credits have no cash value and are non-transferable
• Credits are applied automatically to future billing cycles
• Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active
• If your account is terminated, unused credits are forfeited

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification and forfeiture of all rewards:

• Self-referral: Creating multiple accounts to refer yourself
• Fake accounts: Referring accounts that are not genuine users
• Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk messages with your referral link
• Misleading claims: Making false or misleading statements about FluentFlash
• Incentive manipulation: Offering additional compensation to sign up (beyond what FluentFlash provides)
• Automated signups: Using bots, scripts, or automation to generate referrals

6. Limits

• Maximum 50 qualified referrals per 30-day period
• One referral credit per unique person referred
• Referral links do not expire, but attribution cookies expire after 30 days

7. Modifications and Termination

FluentFlash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, with or without notice. Changes to reward amounts or program structure will not affect previously earned rewards.
