Give Specific Input

❌ "Biology" (too broad)

✅ "Cell membrane structure and transport mechanisms" (specific)

Choose "Overview" for quick review, "Comprehensive" for exam prep. The AI adjusts card count and detail level accordingly.

The AI handles messy notes well, but cleaner input = better cards:

Use bullet points for key facts

Include definitions of terms

Separate topics with headings

AI-generated cards are a starting point:

Always scan for accuracy (especially for specialized subjects)

Use "Regenerate" on cards that aren't quite right

Use "Split" on cards that test too many things at once

Remove duplicate or trivial cards

The AI automatically chooses card types:

Basic — For conceptual questions

Cloze — For definitions and key facts (fill-in-the-blank)

Reversed — For vocabulary (tests both directions)

Cards with quality issues show colored dots:
